I meet you where you are to support and empower needed changes and assist you in discovering your higher light.

Being companioned through your spiritual journey helps you remember the light in times of darkness, remember you’re not alone, and be guided when you feel your compass no longer supports you. Mindful transitioning offers the perspective to move past the story and into grace.
CONTINUED RECOVERY/RELAPSE PREVENTION SERVICES – My holistic approach to healing encompasses Body, Mind, and Spirit work. I facilitate being present with your emotions and internal restrictions within the body and offer tools to free up these blocks, opening you up to stability and quality of life in recovery.
ZOOM CALLS – A convenient way to access support in the comfort of your own home. If you prefer one on one interaction, following intention and grounding, you will feel more present to needed work, and benefits. Since I can see you, we can also do energy work.
GRIEF WORK – Grief is a natural response to letting go of the familiar and transitioning into the new norm. Any loss whether due to death, separation, divorce, or other major life changes feels overwhelming. Managing the emotional discomfort and upheaval of life’s endings is challenging. Nothing is the same. Spiritual companioning allows a guided process to empower you to come home to yourself. As I support you to find your ground and re-connect in faith, a spiritual strengthening will unfold into grace and transformation. Finding new meaning in the continued journey beckons you.
REIKI SESSIONS – Reiki energy balancing supports stress reduction, release of bound energy, offers pain reduction, and speeds healing time. You will leave feeling a sense of deep peace and well-being.

RITES OF PASSAGE – Ceremonies are customized to honor the sacredness of passage from where we were into who we have become. Many traditions honor life timelines in symbolic and life changing ways. Together we will create a sacred ceremony that honors your tradition to bridge meaningful new beginnings.
FUNERALS, MEMORIALS and CELEBRATIONS OF LIFE – Honor the deceased and support the living with a spiritual service in traditional funeral settings or your preferred Celebration of Life locations. I offer co-created spiritual services weaving together family memories and sacred passages to honor and celebrate the departed while providing a supporting heart hug for the living.
PASTORAL VISITS – Home or hospital visitations may or may not include Reiki share with permission of individual and or family members. Calls are specific to faith tradition, or non-denominational in spiritual support based on individual/family preference.
END-OF LIFE – Doula trained to provide comfort, companionship, and guidance to those facing terminal illness or death.
